Mood Disorders
Evaluation and ongoing treatment for changes in mood, energy, sleep, and functioning, including bipolar-spectrum conditions when appropriate for outpatient care.
Sleep Concerns
Evaluation and treatment of sleep difficulties that occur alongside or contribute to mental health concerns, including trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or maintaining a healthy sleep pattern.
Services Offered
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation
An initial evaluation provides time to discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, medications, lifestyle, and treatment goals. Together, we’ll develop a plan that reflects both the clinical evidence and what feels realistic for your life.
Medication Management
When medication is appropriate, we’ll discuss your options, expected benefits, potential side effects, and any questions or concerns you may have. Medication decisions are made collaboratively, with the goal of finding an effective approach while avoiding unnecessary treatment.
Ongoing Follow-Up Care
Follow-up visits allow us to assess how treatment is working, monitor medications when applicable, address new or changing concerns, and adjust your treatment plan over time.
